Noel is a distinguished global corporate leader, renowned for his transformative impact on business growth and profitability. His broad expertise encompasses FMCG, telecommunications, media, technology, asset management, microfinance, and the nonprofit sector.
He has held key roles at PLDT, including Chief Transformation & Customer Officer, and Executive Vice President at Smart Communications. He has held various CEO positions as CEO/President of Mediaquest/TV5/Cignal, President of NutriAsia, Head of the Mobile Business at Smart Communications, Chairman Unilever Malaysia/Singapore, as well as various regional, global executive roles in Unilever in the Philippines, China, Asia, Latin America and Africa.
He also runs businesses in microfinance, film and content production, software development, and supply chain advisory. As an Independent Director at ATR Asset Management, he chairs the Governance and Risk Management Committees. And experienced in governance roles in both business and non-profit sectors.
His accolades include awards from the Malaysian EU Chamber of Commerce and Outstanding Alumni at the University of the Philippines, the Philippine Board of Chemical Engineers. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and has completed executive programs at MIT Sloan, Kellogg, Said Business School, and Hult Ashridge. -
Gina is a visionary global business leader with a proven track record in both emerging and developed markets. Her expertise spans turnarounds, scaling businesses, and executive leadership roles at Unilever PLC where she served as Global Vice President Fabric & Fashion, Regional Vice President for Asia Africa MiddleEast, VP Personal Care UL Philippines and Marketing Director positions in Indonesia and China.
Since the 2010s, Gina has passionately cultivated brands that are both profitable and purpose-driven. A staunch supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is a Fellow at the International Women’s Forum and was recognized as the Asia Pacific Tambuli Chief Marketing Communications Officer of the Year.
Gina is a Certified International Director from INSEAD, a member of Women on Boards, the Corporate Governance Institute, NOWCD (Women Corporate Directors) and serves as an Independent Director for Century Pacific Food Inc. She is the founder of NADA DEBAJO, a circular, digitally connected fashion brand in the EU, promoting mindful consumption.

Her career spans a breadth of industries—personal care, food service, hospitality, kids’ entertainment, banking, food manufacturing, and tech.
She’s led growth and transformation at every stage, from global multinationals like Johnson & Johnson and Unilever, to dynamic local players like KidZania Manila, BPI, and Jollibee Foods Corporation.
Her approach is deeply collaborative, yet anchored in results. She builds high-performance teams, unlocks brand equity, and coaches organizations through change. With her breadth of cross-industry experience combined with senior positions held in key disciplines, she brings in strategic clarity and operational precision while enabling brands to evolve and thrive, amid market shifts. -
Seasoned brand leader and strategist with over 15 years of experience driving agile, insight-led growth across dynamic markets. Rooted in FMCG, e-commerce, and retail, Carla has led brand turnarounds, market expansions, and breakthrough campaigns delivering double-digit growth, while mentoring teams to think strategically and drive results.
Her experience spans Unilever, Cetaphil, and Vision Express, as well as premium and luxury eyewear brands including Ray-Ban, Prada, Versace, and Bvlgari. In e-commerce, she has driven growth with Shopee and Etaily, leading brand portfolios across fashion, lifestyle, home, and electronics. She brings deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer insight-driven innovation, and integrated marketing, with strong grounding in both digital-first and traditional environments.
She has worked with local and global organizations, from large enterprises to emerging brands. Beyond her core industries, Carla has advised companies in real estate, tech, banking, and beverages, broadening her strategic depth and cross-industry impact. She is known for fusing insight, strategy, and creativity to turn ideas into measurable brand and business growth. -
Kristine is a seasoned Brand Strategist with over 15 years of experience in Brand Strategy Development, Brand Building and Business Analysis, spanning both her career experiences in FMCG and Consulting. She has partnered and worked with top multinational corporations across Asia as well as leading and emerging Philippine companies.
Her experience includes driving breakthrough innovations, steering business turnarounds, launching new brands, and leading geographical expansion efforts for some of the world’s most iconic brands as well as for new and emerging companies.
Her multi-industry experience spans a diverse portfolio including Personal Care, Baby Care, Food & Beverage, Banking & Finance, Education, Health Care, Luxury Goods, Real Estate, Tech and Oil Refining—enabling her to bring rich, multi-sector insights to every strategic engagement. -
Raisa is a data-driven digital leader with 13+ years’ experience driving omnichannel growth across FMCG, wellness, beauty, and fashion. She partners with founders and CMOs to turn customer insight into full-funnel strategies across paid, owned, and marketplace channels in ANZ, UKEU, US, and MEA, underpinned by certifications in AI-driven marketing, analytics, and Google and Meta Ads.
Before BetterBrandLabs, Raisa led digital marketing for Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits globally, delivering double-digit eCommerce and omnichannel growth via dry-month campaigns, NPD launches, and digital toolkits for trade partners. She has led B2C acquisition and retention, as well as B2B enablement for retailers and distributors, managing multimillion-dollar budgets at profitable ROI.
Her passion lies in evolving great brands through actionable digitisation roadmaps, AI-informed marketing, and test-and-learn systems that improve customer experience and de-risk investment, blending strategic clarity with executional rigor. -
With decades of experience in sales management, business development, and strategic leadership, Greg has successfully driven revenue growth and built high-performing sales teams for leading financial institutions and private clients.
His background spans roles such as Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for top financial institutions such as East West Ageas Life and BPI–AIA, where he trained, coached, and led sales professionals in the financial services industry across Metro Manila.
He brings deep expertise in sales strategy, team development, and performance optimization, reinforced by training methodologies rooted in NLP and Jordan Belfort’s Straight Line Selling. He partners with businesses worldwide to design and implement end-to-end sales systems that enhance conversions, streamline processes, and scale growth. -
Isabel is a multimedia designer with a strong creative background in graphic design, illustration, and animation. She holds a Master’s degree in Creative Direction, Content and Branding from IE University in Madrid, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.
Her career spans international and local projects, having worked with a US-based creative agency on campaigns for global clients such as LiveNation and Honda, as well as leading freelance projects including restaurant branding, billboard animation campaigns, and the writing and illustration of her own children’s book.
