Within only six months, they were able to achieve the following results:

* 5.2 points boost in customer satisfaction (NPS)
* 4.8% growth in upsells
* 2.6% increase in on-time bill payments
* 5.8% churn reduction
Tools such as Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA) were highlighted as key drivers of the project’s success, noting that they transformed PLDT’s call center from a “cost” center into a “profit” center. Other executives also credited the platform for enabling modern data-driven marketing techniques and contributing to the increase in market share.
